Scotts Valley, Soquel to CCS football playoffs; Harbor wins volleyball title Soquel High will be the No. 2 seed in Division II of the Central Coast Section football playoffs, while Scotts Valley High is the No. 6 seed in Division III; both play Friday. Elsewhere, the Harbor High volleyball team is on to the NorCal playoffs after capturing its first CCS crown since 1994.
